  Ⅰ.Confirmation of delivery address

         The shipping fee within China depends on the distance between the supplier and the place of receipt.

         So you must check the location of THE CKB warehouse first.

         You can check the warehouse location in the system.

      ・Enter "My Page" → "Stores" → "Order Related Settings" → "International Shippiung Settings" to check the location of the 

          warehouse (common to B2B/D2C).

            ※THE CKB has three warehouses which are located:

                ① Hangzhou warehouse ー Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China

                ②Guangzhou WarehouseーBaiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province

                ③Pinghu Warehouseー located in Pinghu City, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province.

  Ⅱ.How to check shipping fee on shopping sites

        Below we will take shipping to Hangzhou warehouse as an example to introduce how to check the shipping fee on 1688 

        site and Taobao.

        １．1688 site

        ① Search for products on the 1688 site.

        ②Fill in the color and quantity of the product you want to purchase, and then click「请选择 (Select) 」in the Logistics section.

        ③Select 「浙江省→杭州市→庐山区」 in the location displayed on the screen, and then click the confirmation button (blue).

        ④When all the fields are filled in, the shipping fee within China will be displayed after the word「运费 (Shipping fee) 」.

        ※The above shipping fee are estimated for one product. If you purchase more than one product, the shipping fee may increase 

           depending on the number of products.

        ※The inquiry process for Guangzhou warehouse and Pinghu warehouse is the same.

        The shipping address should be entered in the following order: 「广东省」→「 广州市」→「白云区」.

        ２．Taobao

         There are two ways to check shipping fee on Taobao:

        ＜１＞ If the price of the product which you want to buy shows「包邮（free shipping）」

                    It means free shipping

        ＜２＞ If there is no information other than the price of the product, it means that shipping is not free

                    Then the freight confirmation method is as follows (take Hangzhou warehouse as an example)

                   ①Click 「请选择（Please Select）」in the shipping section

                   ②Select「浙江省→杭州市→萧山区」in the location displayed on the screen.

                   ③When all the fields are filled in, the shipping fee within China will be displayed after the word「运费 (Shipping fee) 」.
