Here, you can see your basic account info/order info/created store info!

Basic account info includes: account name/current member level and validity period/membership automatic deduction status

/membership change button (if you want to change member level, you can click this button to the membership page and 

apply for membership)/account balance /Total inventory quantity!

Order info includes: order status/shopping cart/oem sourcing

Store information includes: store name/balance/order amount/quantity, etc.

2. Order management

Order management includes:

Order management/ History/Abnormal Order

As you can see, the order catalog contains THE CKB order number. You can search the status of the product at any time based on this number!

And each order will have details of all amounts (commodity cost/purchase fees/additional service fees, etc.);

In abnormal orders, you will see the reason for the exception (such as product sold out/infringement, etc.), 

and the customer can choose the processing method (repurchase/cancel, etc.)

3. Product Management

In the product management page, you can see the status of the product after the customer places the order and arrives at our warehouse those status;

The inbound, outbound status/inspection status/whether it can be shipped out, etc. all statues displayed here!

Click "Details" to see the product log, it can be shipped after it is in the finished product warehouse!

Click "Add to Cart" to add purchases and place orders again!

We set up "one-click purchase" and "start international shipping" buttons to facilitate customer operations!

Commodity management also includes:

Searched product /Purchased product /Recently viewed product

Those can help customers store data so that they can find it easily!

And it can also be sorted according to price order, making it easier for customers to find products that meet their needs!

4. Shipping

After the product has completed all process, it can be shipped;

Shipping process: Click Store, set shipping setting;

Then fill in the your shipping address/shipping option, then you can start the shipping!

On shipping option here you can choose additional items when shipping!

After filling in the shipping information, our warehouse will package and ship the goods according to the customer's needs!

5 Funds

You can see all of funds transfer record here! Including total account fund details and fund details in the store!

6 OEM

When customers have OEM request, they can start from here!

Upload the required product info such as pictures and links, and select the fabric information/desired price and quantity/delivery date,

then we will arrange this oem sourcing soonly! Here you can see the status of OEM products and manage OEM products on source list /oem goods

7. Store management

You can manage your store here!

For example: when you buy a product, you can set a premium rate. If there is no corresponding product in the price range you want, 

we will help you find the product and automatically purchase it according to the premium rate you set!

Defective product corresponding settings: After you complete the settings, if a defective product occurs, it will be processed according to your settings!
