If the balance of the account managed by THE CKB is insufficient, will it affect the purchase and delivery?
In principle we take prepayment way
We will manage the fees received from customers in the form of deposits and provide our services.
If the account balance is insufficient, we will stop purchasing and shipping in principle, and the service can be resumed after receiving the payment.
How is THE CKB exchange rate calculated?
Your payment will be in Dollars, and our company's account management will be in Chinese yuan.
When exchanging currencies with Chinese yuan, the exchange rate of Bank of China is calculated as TTS-0.2 of Chinese yuan → Dollars USD.
Example)
Payment of 100,000 USD, TTS: 7.30
100,000 USD * (7.30-0.2) = 14,084.51 yuan in Chinese yuan
and so on.

When will the payment be done?
PayPal and credit cards will be reflected in the system account upon deposit.
Payments by bank transfer (faster to reflect) will be reflected in the system account as soon as we confirm the payment.
The bank transfer (traditional) payment method will be reflected in the system account as soon as we confirm the payment and complete the payment review.
*Payment check will be done the next day after we confirm payment.
*It will take about 1 business day to confirm the payment.
*Transfers on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and alternative holidays will be reviewed on the next working day.
*Depending on the financial institution, there may be a delay in reflecting the amount to the customer's system account.
When is the order clearing time?
Orders will be cleared once the item has been inspected and a refund for the defective item has been returned from the store.
How much is the deposit handling fee?
Our system provides three charging methods.
There are no fees for bank transfers.
Deposit fees apply when depositing via PayPal and credit card.
PayPal: 3.4% of the deposit amount
Credit card: 3.4% of the deposit amount
